I'm Thaís Karoline Alves, I'm 32 years old and I've been a professional dedicated to the autism field since 2021.

My academic journey is solidly built on the foundation of Pedagogy. I deepened my knowledge with a postgraduate degree in Clinical and Institutional Neuropsychopedagogy, which allows me a more complete understanding of the complexities of learning and behavior.
To further specialize in autism, I completed a postgraduate degree in Clinical Behavioral Analysis (ABA): Therapeutic Practices and Resources, as well as a specialization in autism. This specific training enables me to apply evidence-based interventions for the development and well-being of children on the spectrum.
I currently work in the Algarve region of Portugal, offering home care. My work focuses on two main areas: early intervention, which seeks to maximize early childhood development, and behavioral therapy, which uses principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote skills and independence.
“In the world of autism, every small achievement is a shining star that lights the way to a future full of possibilities.”
