With the theme “Shared public space - combine and move”, the Municipality of Faro will mark European Mobility Week, from September 16 to 22, with a wide range of activities to raise awareness about cycling and promote environmental sustainability.
The Manuel Bivar Garden will be the focal point of the daily agenda, which will include everything from entertainment (with music and games), to various training opportunities (particularly regarding bicycle use and road safety), awareness campaigns, walks, bike rides and rollerblading, among many other initiatives that will take place between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday and during the weekend, between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.
