Tonight the most anticipated night in Loulé: White Night Algarve

BLASTED MECHANISM, CHICO DA TINA OR BATEU MATOU JOIN THE GIFT AND CAROLINA DESLANDES AT NOITE BRANCA ALGARVE – LOULÉ

The tradition continues: just a few hours before the start of Noite Branca Algarve Loulé 2025, the organizers announce the entertainment program for the event, which boasts the title of “the official farewell party to summer in the Algarve region.”

In the center of the city of Loulé there will be 20 entertainment points, in a perimeter that extends between Largo do Tribunal and Largo de S. Francisco, passing through arteries such as Avenida José da Costa Mealha, Praça da República and Avenida Marçal Pacheco, and by emblematic buildings such as the Municipal Market, the Town Hall and the Castle.

The Gift and Carolina Deslandes—the only confirmed acts so far—will perform on the venue's largest stage, at Largo do Monumento Engº Duarte Pacheco, which will feature a closing performance by Deejay Kamala. One of the biggest names in Portuguese electronic music, he has been responsible for the entertainment at Estádio da Luz, but this time he'll swap the red-clad spectators for a white-painted audience.

There's also no shortage of excellent musical offerings at Praça Afonso III/Chafariz: Chico da Tina, the rising rapper who irreverently and playfully combines hip-hop and trap with regional influences and traditional Minho themes, making his debut in Loulé this Noite Branca; Blasted Mechanism, a band with a distinct brand image, fusing alternative rock with electronica and ethnic influences; and the well-known Rádio Comercial host, Wilson Honrado, returning to this event.

At Largo Gago Coutinho, Dutch artist Jits Baker's famous sculpture "Happy People Dancing in the Sun" will have some serious company tonight. Bateu Matou, a group led by Ivo Costa (Sara Tavares' musician), Joaquim Albergaria (Paus), and Riot (Buraka Som Sistema), will present a special 360° concert around this roundabout, which is expected to be one of the most surprising moments of the program.

Moulinex is already well-known to Loulé residents and once again joins the Noite Branca musical lineup with the MXGPU project – Moulinex and GPU Panic. A show not to be missed, on Avenida 25 de Abril, next to the taxi rank.

DJs will be out in force in every corner of this venue, from locals like Kamala to locals like Christian F and DJ Rodriguez. They too will be the stars of unusual and special moments, including a show at Cerca do Convento featuring Faro's Bubba Brothers, the Algarve Orchestra, and guests like Rui Pragal da Cunha (formerly of Heróis do Mar) and guitarist Ricardo Martins.

Those who prefer to enjoy musical moments in a more intimate and solitary setting can head to Avenida José da Costa Mealha, where the "Silent Party" will be held. This initiative will allow participants to dance and have fun to the sound of music streamed through headphones handed to the spectators, who can choose their own song.

Hundreds of entertainers will roam the streets, creating unique and unexpected moments, constantly interacting with passersby, who will be the audience this evening. The decorations throughout the venue, the details of which are currently being finalized, will also set the tone for this celebration. White, with accents such as flowers, butterflies, mythological figures, and abundant lights, bring life to this urban space, which, on a daily basis, experiences the hustle and bustle of traffic and hustle and bustle.

Dance, music, theater, multimedia, and a new circus are among the dozens of artistic moments planned for this evening, many of them featuring in-house talent. This includes Satori, whose members are accustomed to "dealing" with fire, the prodigious percussionists of Rhakatta, and the true "stage animal" Mákina de Cena, the Loulé theater group that will present a multidisciplinary performance.

The city's gymnastics and dance groups, such as Louletano, APAGL, Contemporâneo Fusion, and ADA, join this program to showcase their bold projects, swapping the Pavilion's training grounds for the street.

The White Night begins at 8:03 pm, sunset time, and kicks off with the opening show at Largo Gago Coutinho, the music and dance performance by the group Black Diamonds, who came directly from Switzerland to Loulé, and who were finalists of Portugal Got Talent 2025.

Glamour, joy, good spirits, and relaxation are the watchwords on this night when the city of Loulé transforms into a stage for dreams, and public spaces are lived intensely. To help the party, the organizers invite visitors to dress in white.

To ensure you can enjoy this event without any worries, the organization provides, from 7:00 pm until 4:00 am, free transportation (minibus “Go White”) between Mar Shopping and the city of Loulé (in front of the Secondary School, Avenida Laginha Serafim), with departures every 15 minutes.
