The Faro Nautical Station (ENF), through the Faro City Council, will be present at Nauticampo, which will take place at FIL – Parque das Nações, from April 17 to 21. A personalized area, located in Pavilion 2, number 2C18, dedicated to the Nautical Stations of Portugal, will ensure that the Municipality continues to establish itself and promote itself as a nautical destination, both nationally and internationally.
Nauticampo welcomes thousands of visitors every year, seeking the latest news on nautical destinations, as well as enthusiasts seeking experiences of this type, or those linked to the promotion of outdoor lifestyles. The ENF will have its own space, integrated into the Adventure Destinations and Nautical Resorts Zone, with the goal of promoting Faro as a privileged destination in this segment, showcasing the full range of services offered by the participating partners of this area in the municipality.
The ENF is a cooperation platform that already has more than 70 public and private partners, ensuring the promotion and dissemination of a quality tourism product that aims to enhance the territory's maritime resources and other associated services, such as accommodation, restaurants, sports and leisure activities, training, and more. With this diverse offering, this product becomes increasingly relevant for attracting tourists and other users, as well as enabling the enhanced use of these resources by the resident community, visitors, and tourists.
Discovering the city's history and heritage, tasting traditional cuisine, practicing water sports (sailing, surfing, windsurfing, bodyboarding, stand-up paddleboarding, among others), strolling along the Ria Formosa (considered one of the 7 Natural Wonders of Portugal), or exploring some of its most beautiful islands and beaches are also some of the experiences offered by partners, which Nauticampo visitors can enjoy, as there will be a raffle promoted by ENF, in which they can participate and receive some prizes.
