The Castro Marim Swimming School returns on September 30th, as does the “Ao Ritmo dos 60” program, dedicated to senior citizens, which will take place at the Municipal Swimming Pool located in the county seat.
This Swimming School is aimed at children over four years of age and its main objective is to Adapt to the Aquatic Environment and Learn Swimming Techniques.

Water aerobics is also back at the Castro Marim Municipal Pool, suitable for all ages. It's a comprehensive sport, adaptable to different goals, designed to prevent health problems or promote sports practice combined with harmonious well-being and social interaction.
The “Ao Ritmo dos 60” program will be divided into four groups and will run from Monday to Thursday, between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm.
The initiative is aimed at people over 55 years of age and its main objective is to promote health and maintain autonomy during aging.
