On February 16th, at 6:30 pm, in the next session of the Cycle of Conversations “Sowing Today… Harvesting Tomorrow…”, which will take place at the Municipal Library of Loulé, the topic “Care and Skills in the Marital Relationship” will be on the table, in a session led by Sílvia Dias.
A marital relationship is a complex journey that requires a delicate balance of care and skill to thrive and strengthen over time. These two elements are essential for building a solid and healthy foundation, providing not only emotional stability but also the couple's continued growth.
The importance of care and skills in a marital relationship lies in creating an environment conducive to mutual growth and lasting happiness. By balancing attention to emotional needs with the application of practical skills, couples can build a resilient partnership, capable of facing life's challenges with confidence and unity.
Silvia Dias is a specialist in Clinical and Health Psychology and Psychotherapy, specializing in various approaches in the area of Couples Therapy and Clinical Sexology, especially in the Couples Therapy model focused on emotions.
As has been the case in previous sessions, during this initiative, the public will be able to offer their children, aged 3 or over, the opportunity to participate in an activity dedicated to promoting books and reading, led by library professionals, upon prior registration.
Participation is free, but subject to registration through https://forms.gle/exBAgFeEsau5mHcaA
