From April 15th to June 28th, Loulé City Council is accepting applications for the Ameixial Economic Activities Incubation and Reception Space.
There are 6 warehouses with approximately 125 m2 and incubation and reception spaces that represented an investment by the Municipality of around 1.1 million euros.
Interested parties should access the Regulations for the Ameixial Economic Activities Incubation and Reception Space at website of the Municipality through the following link: https://www.cm-loule.pt/pt/menu/3984/espaco-de-incubacao-e-acolhimento-de-atividades-economicas-do-ameixial.aspx, complete the application form and submit it along with the other requested documentation. This new space aims to benefit the local economy and the inland areas of the municipality, giving established entrepreneurs the opportunity to develop and enhance their ideas while they are starting their business, so they can then set up their own space.
This new infrastructure aims to enhance the territory's resources, attract innovation in the use of technologies and procedures, create direct and indirect employment, as well as retain new residents within the municipality.
