Algarve Academic Week is back for its 38th edition, promising once again to be the biggest and most anticipated academic event in the south, at the Penha Sports Complex in Faro.
From May 1st to 10th, 2025, Faro will become the center of student life, with a lineup packed with big names in national music and unique moments of academic celebration.
The event kicks off on May 1st (Thursday) with the traditional Monumental Serenade, this year in charge of the group In Versus, in the emblematic Largo da Sé. From there, the “Wonderland” venue, in the Penha Sports Complex, opens its doors to unforgettable nights, with performances by artists such as Plutonium, Quim Barreiros, Sing Loves, Dillaz, Wet Bed Gang, Karetus, among many others.
Beyond music, Academic Week is a space for socializing, tradition, academic pride, and a celebration of university life. With performances by tuna bands, DJs, popular artists, and themed parties, it's the highlight of the Algarve student calendar.
