Snacks, sweets, crafts and live music once again liven up Largo da Nora
On August 23rd and 24th, the parish of Ferreiras hosts another edition of the Feira da Terra e do Petisco, an event that brings together traditional gastronomy, regional sweets, crafts and musical concerts, always starting at 7 pm, at Largo da Nora.
On the first night (August 23), the highlight will be the performances by Quina Barreiros and David Brito, as well as the Rancho Folclórico de Albufeira and the fire show by Albufeira artist Sofia Brito.
On August 24th, the music continues with Helena Correia as the headliner. The lineup also includes the duo Emanuel & Tânia and the Grupo Folclórico de Faro.
For the President of the Ferreiras Parish Council, Jorge Carmo, this event “is already a tradition in the parish and aims to promote local gastronomy and create moments of conviviality that involve associations, businesses and the population, showcasing an increasingly dynamic and sought-after parish”.
With free entry, the Feira da Terra e do Petisco is organized by the Ferreiras Parish Council, with the support of Albufeira City Council, associations and local businesses.
